We have developed the reverse engineering technology to return plastic to its hydrocarbon state.
Five hydrocarbons are obtained in the process:
- Gasoline
- Diesel
- Kerosene
- Paraffin
- Petroleum Liquid Gas
Plastics are collected and incinerated in the processing plant
- Each hydrocarbon evaporates at a different temperature
- The condensation from each level is collected into reservoirs
- Five fuels are produced: Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene, Paraffin, Petroleum Liquid Gas
- Proprietary design of refinery and production process are patented
- Refinery is designed according to American Petroleum Standards (API)
- Fuel has been successfully tested in engines for 3 years
- Fuel produced is clean burning without Sulfur
- Fuel produced has a higher octane (98) and cetane (53) levels than traditional fuel
- Costs and average of $.06 per liter to produce
